Making a 3D print of something I myself sculpted felt really magical, especially in the AI era, feels rebel to be doing something by hand, so I decided to gift also an artist friend in this adventure. So here I am, challenging myself creatively and making a video about how I sculpted, 3D printed and painted this figure!
Let's go step by step. For the sculpting part I used Nomad Sculpt on iPad. For printing I used Bambu Lab (the software used to print in P1S Combo, also by Bambu), and for printing I used acrylic paintings. Each step took quite some time, but it feels really cool to see it coming alive, even with so many stepbacks. I have also created a video talking more about each step on my Youtube Channel, so you're invited to go there and watch it.
I've learned quite a bit about it, and want to show more of it here using my tools. Stay tuned ;)
